cancelation
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancelations. Cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. You can cancel or reschedule directly through the confirmation text or email you recieved.
Booking policy
Appointments can be booked directly through our online booking platform. You’ll receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is secured. A credit card is required to hold your reservation, but you may use a different form of payment at your appointment.
no show
If you do not show up for your appointment, 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.
refund policy
We do not offer refunds for completed services. However if you’re unsatisfied for any reason please reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right.
late policy
There is a 9 minute grace period for all appointments. After 9 minutes, if I am unable to complete your service, it may result in a forfeited appointment and a 50% no-show fee.

how to get to waxed
Located inside 3260 Walden Ave. Once inside the first door, head up the stairs to your left. Once you reach the top, you will see suite 1 to the right and “waxed Buffalo” on the door. Please wait outside if the door is closed. Please do not knock as I may be finishing up with the client prior and it could disrupt their service.
